Nature of Business
We design and sell custom-made, print-on-demand map and poster products. Each item is produced individually for the customer through our printing partner.

All products sold in this store are identified by a unique product title and SKU code (visible on the product page and order confirmation). Product type: Decorative wall art map poster.
No special safety warnings apply to these products.

Returns & Cancellations
Our products are made to order and customised for each customer. According to EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), such custom products are not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the product is defective or incorrectly printed.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order details, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has entered production. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.
