Custom Products
As all our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), unless the item is defective or incorrectly printed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund if the fault is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Items lost due to unclaimed packages
