Return, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Your Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has entered production, free of charge.

How to Withdraw or Cancel

You can submit a cancellation or withdrawal request directly through your customer account on our store:

  1. Sign in to your customer account using the email address used for your order.
  2. Locate your order and select "Cancel" or "Request Withdrawal."
  3. Confirm your name and order reference number.
  4. You will automatically receive an email confirming we've received your request.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approved cancellations submitted before production has started will be refunded in full.

Production Timing — Why Timing Matters

Our posters are printed to order through our print-on-demand partner. Once an order enters production, the physical item is created specifically for that order and cannot be recovered or resold.

  • Before production starts: You can cancel free of charge for a full refund.
  • After production starts but before shipping: A withdrawal request will be honored under EU law, but production costs already incurred may be deducted from your refund, as permitted under Article 16 considerations for goods that cannot be resold.
  • After delivery: Standard 14-day withdrawal applies (see below).

We typically hold orders for a short period before releasing them to production. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible — cancellations requested before we've released your order to production will always be free of charge, with no deductions.

Withdrawal After Delivery (14-Day Right)

If you wish to withdraw after receiving your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

  • Because our posters are produced specifically for your order and are not resold, you are not required to return the physical item unless we request it. If we do request its return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal request, or sooner where the physical return is waived.

Important: Custom-Made and Personalized Products

Some products in our store may be genuinely personalized — for example, if a listing explicitly allows you to enter your own text, location, or coordinates that are unique to your order. For these specific personalized products only, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, because the item is made specifically to your individual specification and cannot be resold to another customer.

Our standard catalog posters (non-personalized designs, sold to any customer) are not considered personalized goods under this exemption, even though they are printed on demand. The standard 14-day withdrawal right applies to these products as described above.

If a product is genuinely personalized and exempt from withdrawal, this will be clearly stated on that specific product page before you complete your purchase.

Digital Downloads

If your order includes a digital download (such as a digital poster file):

  • You will be asked to provide explicit consent before downloading, acknowledging that once you access or download the file, you lose your right to withdraw from that portion of your order, in accordance with Article 16(a) and (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • This does not affect your withdrawal rights for any physical product included in the same order.
  • If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may still withdraw from the digital product within the standard 14-day period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Regardless of the above, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the fault is confirmed. This is separate from, and in addition to, your standard withdrawal rights.

Situations Not Covered

We are not able to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Packages confirmed delivered but unclaimed or abandoned by the customer

These exclusions do not affect your statutory withdrawal rights described above; they relate only to delivery issues outside our control.
